D2i Systems Ltd is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity and to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of modern slavery, including forced labour, bonded labour, child labour, servitude and human trafficking. We expect the same standards from our suppliers, contractors and business partners.

To support this commitment, we:

• Comply with all applicable employment and human rights laws.
• Conduct business only with reputable suppliers and partners.
• Seek assurance that suppliers operate ethical employment practices.
• Provide routes for employees and third parties to report concerns.
• Investigate any allegations of modern slavery or human trafficking.
• Take appropriate corrective action if any breaches are identified.

Responsibility for implementing this policy rests with management, and the policy is reviewed periodically to ensure its ongoing effectiveness.
