D2i Systems have confirmed they will be supporting Event Tech Live (ETL) and the Event Tech Awards (ETA) as headline sponsors for a second consecutive year. Following the huge international success of ETL17, the show will be increased to two days when it returns to the Old Truman Brewery in November for its fifth edition.

Matt Blain, managing director of D2i Systems commented: “2017 was a monumental success for D2i and we are proud to have supported ETL’s huge growth as headline sponsor. D2i launched new modules within the Engage event management platform and announced new partnerships with the RHS, UCAS, NHS Confederation, Founders Forum and ADNEC. Event Tech Live and the Event Tech Awards truly champion the most innovative and revolutionary technology for use within the global event sector. It’s an honour to support both events as headline sponsor for a second year running”

The decision to expand the show is a product of year-on-year growth in attendance. There were 100 exhibitors at Event Tech Live in 2017 with more than 50 sessions across five stages, which brought in 1,600 visitors.

The sessions across this year’s five stages are being scrupulously programmed so attendees can see everything they want to and learn something new on either or both days.

Adam Parry, co-founder of Event Tech Live, commented: “Working with the D2i team is a pleasure and I’m thrilled they’ve announced their support for a second year. D2i have been a fantastic advocate for the event tech sector and our event so the partnership is a perfect fit.

Matt Wilson, sales & marketing manager of D2i Systems added: “As expected ETL delivered a larger audience of event professionals during 2017, helping D2i introduce its award-winning Engage event management platform to senior buyers from across the globe. Attendees were actively looking to improve how they produce events via the implementation of the best event tech available. We cannot wait for the next event. I’d strongly recommend any event tech business, start-up or otherwise, to participate: you’re almost guaranteed to win new business given how much the show has grown”

Event Tech Live returns to the Old Truman Brewery, East London on November 7 & 8 with sister event the Event Technology Awards bridging the two on the evening of the 7th.
